The platformA day at your property, on one system
The easiest way to understand K2 Cloud PMS is to follow one ordinary day. Here is what happens, and where the software steps in.
Morning: the day’s list is already there
Open the system and see today’s arrivals, departures, rooms that are ready and rooms that need cleaning. Nobody has to count keys or read last night’s register.
Arrival: check-in takes a minute
Pick the booking, confirm the room, collect the advance and take the guest’s identity details once. The room moves to occupied and housekeeping sees it change.
During the stay: every charge lands on one bill
Dinner, laundry, extra bed, a taxi: post it to the room and it appears on the guest’s bill. Nothing is lost between departments.
Kitchen and bar: orders go where they should
A waiter enters the order at the table, the kitchen gets the ticket, and the bill is ready when the guest asks. Pay at the table or send it to the room.
Housekeeping: work is assigned, not shouted
Supervisors give each attendant a list of rooms. Attendants mark a room ready from their phone, and the front desk knows immediately.
Purchasing: buying and stock stay linked
Departments raise requests, the store orders, goods are received against the order and stock goes up. What the kitchen uses comes back out.
Night: close the day and read the numbers
Run the day-end routine, then see occupancy, room revenue, restaurant sales and collections. Owners can check the same figures from home.
Built for people who are not IT experts
Screens are organised by the job you are doing, not by database tables. Each staff member gets a login that shows only what they need: a cashier does not see payroll, and a housekeeper does not see rates.
Because it runs in the cloud, there is nothing to install. Updates arrive on their own, and your data is backed up automatically.
