Who it’s forMade for independent properties
You do not need a chain’s budget to run with a chain’s discipline. Here is how different kinds of property use K2 Cloud PMS.
Resorts and lodges
Guests stay several nights and spend at the restaurant, spa and activities. You need one bill that gathers all of it, and a kitchen that can cope with a full house.
Guest houses and homestays
A handful of rooms, a family running the place and no time for complicated tools. The essentials work out of the box: bookings, bills and a simple daily report.
Heritage and boutique stays
Every room is different and guests expect to be remembered. Guest profiles, room notes and special rates keep the personal touch when you get busy.
Tour operators with rooms
If you run tours and also own camps, lodges or rest houses, bookings for rooms and meals need to line up with your trips. Group bookings and packages are built in.
Hostels and serviced apartments
Long stays and shared rooms mean more billing detail. Monthly billing, advances and per-bed or per-room rates are all supported.
Hotels with banquets
Weddings and events bring big money and big mess. Hall bookings, quotations, advances and event billing sit next to your room business.
Is it right for you?
It suits you if you have between a handful and a few hundred rooms, want to see your numbers without waiting for someone to compile them, and prefer to pay a predictable amount rather than buy servers.
When it may not be
If you operate a large international chain with a central reservation system and your own IT department, a bigger enterprise product may fit better. We would rather tell you that than sell you the wrong thing.
